Alumagard comes in three series.
Value Line Series:
Our light weight guard is designed for use in areas of the country where (large animal) collision risk and frequency is minimal. This single wall guard is made from 2” schedule 40 6061-T6 seamless tubing that is welded to large 4” wide x 4” deep uprights.
Finish: This guard has a two step hand finishing process prior to final buffing.Standard Series:
Our medium duty guard is designed for use in areas of the country where (large animal) collision risk and frequency is moderate. Same features as our value line series except for the following:
- All formed tubing goes up in wall thickness to schedule 80.
- All center tubes are double wall.
- Mounting brackets are made from solid square stock.
- This guard has a three step hand finishing process prior to buffing.
Professional Series:
Our heavy duty guard designed for areas of the USA and Canada where (large animal) collision risk and frequency is high. This is the strongest bolt on grill guard on the market today.Same features as the Standard Series except the following:
All center tubes are 2 7/8” OD lined with a 2 3/8” OD tube for a combined overall wall thickness of 3/8”.
These large heavy wall tubes are all joined together with precision machined aluminum bushings that are plug and seam welded inside the large 4” wide x 4” deep uprights.
The tops of the uprights have caps welded in place to give the top of the guard a clean uniform appearance.
Mounting brackets have a second arm added to give the guard added strength and stability in the event of side impact.
This guard has a four step hand finishing process prior to final buffing.
