All semi brush grill guards are made from seamless 6061-T6 aluminum tubing.
All grille guards have large 4” wide x 4” deep uprights.
All grill guard tubes are plug welded together then seam welded to both uprights for added strength.
Alumagard brush & grill guards do not bounce on the front of your truck as you travel down the highway. We have engineered in a safety pin feature that holds the guard securely to its mounting brackets. A padlock can also be inserted into the safety pin holes for added security against theft.
All semi guard mounting brackets and hardware are zinc plated for added corrosive protection against the elements.
All formed tube components on the Alumagard Grill Guard are bent from a continuous 6061-T6 seamless aluminum tube then slide through and welded to large 4” wide x 4” deep uprights. This manufacturers’ method eliminates cracked welds, twisted tubing & brackets that occur during impact to fabricated radii that are seam welded ground and polished. Thus, leaving you with a damaged guard that not only looks terrible, but can cost hundred of dollars just to repair.
Special Orders such as adding an extra bar, alternative materials or finishes can be done and will be quoted on an individual basis.
Customization such as adding a nameplate, logo or custom colors to your brush grill guard can also be done. Give us your ideas and we will be more than happy to work up a quote for you.
Quantity Discounts are available when ordering five or more of the same type guard. The higher than quantity, the higher the discount. Call direct for quantity pricing.
Packaging:
All semi grille guards are shipped in a double wall corrugated box to prevent damage during transit. The cost is $50 per guard. On multiple guard orders the guards are metal strapped together on a skid to further reduce damage in transit. We also discount the packaging on multiple semi grille guards shipped at one time.Freight:
